What attracts an older woman to a younger man?

I’m 27 years old and most of the women that are attracted to me and want to date me are in their mid to late 30s. I can go on dates with them easily, from something as small as getting coffee to something pricer like going to a concert.

While it feels nice to be getting attention, I always feel like I’m dating an older sister or cool aunt. That’s not the vibe I want. Some of these women have kids too. But I want to have kids of my own.

I’m pretty religious, so I don’t party/drink. The girls in church that are my age don’t seem to know that they want. Any time I ask them out, it’s either a no or a yes, but then they flake/ghost and I end up wasting time & money.

What can I do to attract a woman in her 20s so she will be serious about me and not waste my time? What do older women see in me that women my age do not?

Maybe older women see your maturity level despite your age as interesting because women are looking for that in a potential partner. Younger woman could be seeing that they are a bit more unsure of their feelings or aren't quite ready to full on date yet and are use to just hanging out to see whats out there from each guy. Not every young woman has the same mindset and not every older woman has the same mindset. But what you want to look for is someone that wants to be serious about dating. You have to see what they intentions are at the beginning of communication so you save your valuable time and efforts to put into a relationship that will be worthwhile.

A lot of women in their 20s know they’re too young to settle down. They don’t know what they want, and that’s largely biological in terms of brain development. To be fair, a lot of guys your age aren’t ready to get serious either. How do you know you are?

It can be a lot of things. I guess one of the blessings of having much older parents when I was born is that a woman ten or fifteen years older does not seem like a different generation to me.
