Why is this man taking me out to nice restaurants, we've been on 3 dates and all the places he's taking me to is fancy. Does he expect anything?

Hi, I am really skeptical. This guy I met has been taking me to nice places and on the 3rd date he asked if he can come over my place to watch a movie. I said no, and he offered to take me to a restaurant instead.

I am just afraid he wants to have sex with me so soon because why would he suggest my place. Please let me know your thoughts - I dont want to waste my time on a man who just wants to have sex with me. I am 30, he is 40.
