Dang that's a tricky situation. On one hand she's family and needs help, but you also wanna live your own life.

Maybe have a nice talk with her, be honest but also kind about it. Say something like "I care about you cuz, but I'm still young and wanna have my own space. This is a big responsibility."

See if there's any other options first, like could she rent a room somewhere cheaper or get a roommate? Help her look at alternatives if you can.

If those don't work, maybe compromise - say she can stay short term till she finds something else. But be clear on boundaries and that it's temporary.

Don't want it to mess with your freedom or get awkward between y'all long run. Family's important but your needs matter too at this age.

Hope you can work it out in a way you both feel good. But if nothing else works, don't feel bad putting your foot down - gotta look out for number one too, ya know? She'd understand family gotta spread their wings sometimes.
