My cousin and I are like sister and have always wanted to live together. She recently asked if she can move in with me because right now she is living at my Grandmas house and she is tired of her strict rules. . The only hesitation I have with her living with me is that she's always had issues with managing her finances. She admits she has a shipping addiction and is working on it. Currently she is flat broke and lives at my Grandma's house rent free. I really don't get why she's broke because she barely has any bills to pay and she's got a good paying job. She's also 30 so you'd think by now she'd get it together.
Would it be mean of me to tell her that I don't feel comfortable with her moving in unless she gets her finances under control?
