Should I move in her house or get my own?

I’m currently living with my parents trying to bag up $60,000 right now I’m sitting at $49,000. The original plan was to put a down payment on a house when I save up 60,000.

However, my girlfriend just bought her home and wants me to come live with her and pay little. Problem is I don’t agree with how she lives, but I have no say since it’s her house.

The condo is super small and she too much stuff. It’s to a point where the spare bedroom is off limits. She always has people staying over with their pets and kids. Everyone sleeps in the living room on the floor. Sometimes she even sleeps on the floor and lets her guests stay in her bed. Lots of her friends have keys to her house. I don't know if I can live that life with her.

With all that being said should I move in with her or just get my own my place?

Never move in with a woman! You remember in your teenage years. Your father telling you "as long as you live under my house...". Well, that's how a woman views it. The minute you do that you give her the keys in the relationship. She won't respect you. Even if she tells you it' all good. I promise you, she looks down on you from then on. Just don't do it man. It's honestly better to be homeless then move in with a woman. She can move in with you, but not the other way around.

Beside that your way of living and your girlfriends way don't really match (at this moment in time), you should also invest in a house. If you don't and your relationship ends, you end up with nothing. You will have a disadvantage if you want to buy a house later in life. Most of your competitors will have stept into the housing markets years if not decades before you.
