During first date, she didn’t even offer to pay for any drinks and I purchased every round. She did seem stingy though like she was talking about picking up free drinks left on the table and always trying to get discounts for stuff even though she’s an high earner. Although she did seem to genuinely enjoy it.

By the third date, most women will start expressing SOME level of physical affection if they are really looking for a relationship. If she isn't at least giving you a few kisses by the third date, then either she doesn't feel it, or she is just using you; in either case, there's no future here. But maybe you will be pleasantly surprised.
