Boyfriend of 2 years didn't wish me on my birthday and I'm disheartened?

Today is my birthday Though my boyfriend wished me yesterday at 11 PM , sent a video that contained our pictures together but today he hasn't wished me yet. Also, he is not that busy. I feel so sad and lonely. While on his bday, I used to wish him the whole day at different time span to make him feel special in case if we can't meet that day. But he didn't do the same. Meanwhile, he also doesn't show much interest to call me or text me nowadays. I don't know what to expect. Am I overreacting? What should I do?

The girl I like, that supposedly likes me back, I said "happy half birthday" to her, on her half birthday (September 18th), she didn't do the same, for me, the next day (September 19th). Yes, that means, that her birthday is March 18th, and I'm March 19th, only, we're 4 years apart. I'm 34, she's 30. Though of course now, I'm 34 1/2 and she's 30 1/2. Why didn't she say it to me, on mine, but I said it to her on hers. HALF BIRTHDAY.

Again, this a girl, who claims not only that she likes me, but that she also "loves me"

You can’t expect you out someone, and the older you get the more you will realize this. Just because you do all these kind things for him, doesn’t mean it’s going to be reciprocated. That’s why you never overplay your part in a relationship or friendship.


At least he did think about you enough to wish you a Happy Birthday the night before. You can’t always have things your way. Just because he didn’t wish you one exactly on your birthday, and as many times that you have with him. Now you are upset, worried and bothered. My ex didn’t wish me one at all last year.


From experience. If he stopped doing the things that he use to. That’s because he’s entertaining someone else. It’s a small chance he may just be going through it. Men handle things differently from women. They hold things in, stay to their self, doesn’t talk about it.

Wtf he wished you happy birthday the night before and sent you a bunch of photos and your here crying because he isn't spending the entire day wishing you happy birthday. This guy needs to break the fuck up with you.
