How long should I wait for a reply on OkCupid?

I started messaging this girl yesterday and I said “maybe you and I can get together to do something?” To which she replied “yeah that would be fun”. So I asked her what she likes to do for fun (after I asked her about herself, but she didn’t really mention hobbies so that’s why I asked). And she still hasn’t gotten back to me. That was about 14 hours ago and I’m starting to panic. I know she’s online because I can see the green dot next to her name, but I haven’t gotten a response. I don’t pay for the app so I don’t have read receipts activated. She told me she has a child so I’m sure that occupies most of not all of her time. So around how long do you think I should wait for her to reply before I give up? And if she DOES end up replying to me eventually should I reply later or as soon as I can?

You shouldn't wait any longer, if she was interested in you she would have responded already, stop waiting for a message from her and find someone who makes time for you.

Honestly you’re probably right, it just stinks because she’s the only person I matched with and somewhat had a conversation from 3 different dating sites.
