I want to see him so badly. Should I visit him at work?

Cannot say what we are yet... but we were together yesterday, he texted me at 10PM to tell me how the theater play was (he went with his friends). Now I want to see him, but I caught myself going to his workplace way too often ( he works alone, so I'm not bothering anyone else).

Should I text him first or should I just wait?

It's great that you want to see him, but it's important to give him space and not appear overly eager. Sending a casual text to see if he's free to meet up outside of work might be a good approach. This way, you're expressing interest without putting pressure on him to see you at his workplace.
