Nah, the guy left her because he figured out that he can't be serious about her. Having sex on a first date doesn't make a guy leave you immediately or ghost you. That's not some cause-effect, magic formula for getting a guy to stay around or even take you seriously. If a guy is attracted enough to you, he'll put up with plenty of stuff that he know he shouldn't, for longer than he knows he should. There was a reason why he realized he wasn't into her. Like, maybe he didn't think they were sexually compatible enough (better to find that out sooner than later). Or maybe it's something else. But whatever it is, it's better than it end sooner than draw it out or worse continue it when he already knows inside that he isn't truly into her. Worst thing he could do is commit to her only to figure out much later down the line that they are not compatible.
