Okay so.. my neighbor and I started having like really intense eye contact about four years ago. And the first time we held eye contact he looked at me with his eyes and mouth really open like he was shocked to see me (this happened multiple times afterwards when I got ready and looked pretty) even though we have known each other since elementary school but we have never had spoken before that. And every time we saw each other we would always hold eye contact for like three to four seconds. I know that it might sound weird but I got kind of taken away by his eyes lol. Even at school my girlfriends told me that he was staring at me when I wasn’t looking. So that went on for like two years. We only held eye contact and never spoke. So then one day about one year ago I got enough courage to follow him on insta but he didn’t follow me back or text me via direct messages. And I just brushed it off for some reason thinking that he might just didn’t see it so I unfollowed him and followed him again like the next week or so. And he didn’t do anything. I literally thought that he would follow me back or text me but he just didn’t. So you wanna know what I did next? I mentioned him on an instagram post with the caption of something like “ I’ve seen a thousand eyes but yours are the ones I fell in love with” and after that he didn’t only ignore me on social media no he started ignoring me in real life as well. And that is when I thought that he just might be a weird guy who likes to stare but isn’t interested in a relationship until the summer of this year. He started making more eye contact with me and even coming over with his family and when we are alone we smile at each other. But he still doesn’t approach me or anything and he isn’t like super shy or something like that he is actually quite outgoing and talkative just not to me. And one day I have handed him something and our fingers were touching and he immediately kind of shut down and went away.
