Posting how? If you mean a couple picture I think he is overreacting why wouldn't you want to show off your girl in that way. Now if you mean posting just cute or sexy pics of you I agree with him.

But a picture of just you and not as a couple? If it is just you then he doesn't want to just show you off it's not that he is ashamed or doesn't think you are attractive it's more you are not something to show and say "hey look what I got" showing pictures of your girlfriend is like bragging and using you in a way
