Do women love men they can control?

I was reading "how to be a 3% man" and he says this. It makes sense to me from a survival standpoint. But if a man can be easily controlled by woman, doesn't this make him weak?

A lot of people prefer an accountability because they lack self discipline or lose respect for people who don't remind them to respect them. Not everybody needs an accountability partner, but some do. Another reason some men like these types of women is that they want a woman aggressive enough to keep their kids in line. Sometimes permissive parents who never punish bad behaviour in children or don't punish them often enough, end up raising toxic adults with abusive or lacklustre traits.

To be honest I believe in an healthy middle ground. My wife is the authority at home and I usually follow her lead.

But she doesn't complain when I get another car for the -nth time in a year, or I brought home peafowls for our garden.
