I chatted with him, talked on the phone too. I told him for several times that I only talk to him that I have no intention of dating him and he shouldn't have any hopes for me.

I had to meet him because I felt obligated as he came from a very distance city just to see me. We didn't even handshake. Lol

Is this considered a date.

I'm not quite following how this happened. You texted, spoke on the phone, told him you have no dating interest. Then he takes it upon himself and comes from a long way to see you WITHOUT an invite, and what... calls you from where you live when he's already there? Or he just tells you "I'm coming", and you felt obliged to meet him?

It not only sounds ridiculous on both your parts, but it sure isn't a date. LOL

He saw my insta pictures. He was my brother's friend's relative. I rejected him in a rude way because he didn't seem to accept my rejection then sent me gifts for several times. I had to say thank you because my brother said it is impolite to ignorw him. But i regret for listening to him
