Well you're describing more than one guy. He could be really strong or he could be really weak. He could be really timid or he could be really confident.

Either way it's typically because the woman led him on in some way. Might still be leading him on in some way. Either way it depends whether he's doing this because he just hasn't figured that fact out yet. Or whether his ego will not let him concede that fact.

That's why I said "typically". It's possible he's just delusional. But guys generally don't approach women unless SOMETHING actuates them to. This is why it's misleading to say men make the first move. That's almost never the case. Women put on a display to attract the male. The type of guy you're describing does exist but his isn't the norm. And that guy will typically hit on anything with a 🐱
