Where did they go? Well... The "responsible", but naive providers You mention as "masculine" men are mostly trapped in the friendzones of other women. Some men who could be considered "masculine" for their actual responsibility and willpower have gone... their own way, which is a way of no return as long as the "modern" Western societies remain rotten to the core. And the actual masculine men, doing all the stuff that women and the laws say men shouldn't do (yes, that's apparently the true masculinity according to a majority of women - doing whatever one wishes to do, disregarding any rules forbidding it), are apparently not interested in You for some reason. It might be Your moral code (if You really are a one man woman who would not hold the Beta men in contempt, but also knows her own worth - then You might be too hard to get for them) or Your overly high expectations (if You're actually one of those many women these days who simply use the responsible Beta men for Your own gain while disregarding their dignity and potential compatibility as partners).

Also... What's that "feminine divine" You're talking about? Women are not deities, and if You look for a man who would consider You a deity... You'll have to hurry, as their mortality rate (mostly corresponding to their suicide rate) has skyrocketed recently and they might just die out soon.

A lot of stuff happens though which change men. Not that women are culprits but it goes both ways. As in, nice men are turned into cold hearted individuals by women who don't care and similarly genuine women are turned into something opposite coz some scumbag hurt her bad.

My brothers are great guys and treat women they date with respect. They open doors and pull out chairs at restaurants. They will also punch any other guy who doesn’t treat you with respect. Because many men that are taught on how to treat women for the most part are around the average and lower range when it comes to physical attraction, men that are on the higher scales (which are the ones women normally aim for) are used to attention from women that they either forget on how they should treat them or they feel like maybe they don't have to treat them right, not all of course but I've observed and for the most part it seems to be this way for the most part, men that don't have the genetic blessings have to try more when it comes to women and in the process they learn on how to treat them in order to win them over, it seems the more time goes by these men don't get any women's attention, mostly within the new generations, society now shame men for treating women with respect, men that treats women with gentleness and care and respect is seen as weak and many women are also attracted to men that show stereotypical masculine features such as emotional insensitivity and sometimes even some forms of aggression, society has been influenced incorrectly and it's common for women to claim to want gentlemen but they are psychologically attracted to something else, don't get me wrong there's a small percentage of women that actually do value themselves and want a man that would treat them right and are attracted to men that will treat them like queens which Id like to assume you are one of those judging by your question.
