It depends on their genetics and their lifestyle. Genetics can't be changed, but living a healthy lifestyle without drugs and alcohol can be a choice. It also helps if they figure out ways to relieve stress because stress ages people more quickly.

Um… no. Some look like hell bc they don’t know how to take care of themselves. Others are well preserved bc they don’t abuse et heir bodies (smoking, drugs blah blah blah), have some kind of fitness regimen, and so on. (Having a good woman by their side can also contribute to their overall joy as well, which makes them appear younger and more spry.)
