Does exclusive "Friends with Benefits" exist?

or friends with benefits is a non-exclusive type of relationship? Lets say a 28yrd old lady has a relationship with a 43 yrd old guy. They had been together for like a year and some months. For what it looks like in photos, they are not very expressive of each other love. They never hold hands while being out, the guy always walk in front of her with some distance. They never hug each other either. The guy brings her to his trips overseas and spend time with him in fancy places and eat in fancy restaurants too (the guy has money).

They never are seen very loving towards each other. The lady does not have much money and it could be unemployed or her job (restaurant hostess) is not a very well paid one but they had been together for more than a year now. Two months ago the guy went with her to Milan as he was invited to a high end fashion show and now they are back in Europe but in Austria. Just a few months after meeting her for the first time (last year) , he took her to Italy and this time the lady did hold him on the neck in the ocean (ther are photos of them together in the ocean with friends last year) but that was the one and only time they were seen like close and she holding him from his neck. The guy since he has money, he likes to go to Europe each year during Summer

She is living a life that maybe she never expect to live before meeting him. The guy had had many girlfriend/hooks up in the past. The last one before this current one lasted 3 years and a bit more. I guess the guy needs to be in a relationship to feel good and still viril or he is needy and need someone next to him, he can't live alone.
