The reality is that guys with money are starting to realize more and more that marriage is a bad deal. We all know guys who have lost large in divorce myself included and are super cautious before getting into a relationship. I have my own business and what most of these ladies don't realize it's that when guys with money become single a lot of single women send DMs. I would get at least 2 a week just on LinkedIn. That doesn't include IG and Facebook and some of these girls had hundreds of thousands of IG followers. I've dated models, addresses and even the weather girl on TV and it's not that interesting. Ladies need to step up their game if they want a relationship or they will only be useful to be pumped and dumped

I’m personally pretty realistic about who I can get. As long as people are realistic about who they can get and don’t feel a sense of entitlement, I don’t see an issue with having standards and staying single rather than settling for less than you deserve and being and making the person with you miserable. I do see a lot of men and a lot of women batting way above their average though. I see it both with unattractive male and female friends. They expect someone much younger and hotter than themselves without working on themselves. Good luck with that, I think.
