When two people are together and one of their friends show up and they start talking with each other and they start laughing and having fun you can look at it all different ways

Jealousy is not one of them because if you feel jealous or not confident within yourself to not join in then something's wrong

They're just being friends with each other they're being kind to each other and somewhere inside of you you feel threatened by this so now you start having all these bad thoughts and you're going to end up destroying your relationship between the both of them with you

You need to be the best partner you can be with your partner you need to be your best friends friend like she is yours

And believe in yourself because he is sleeping with you he's living with you or at least you guys are together
If you've lost your confidence if you start getting jealous and you start talking in your head it's just going to keep getting worse and worse and worse and you're going to destroy both relationships that you have

Everybody in the world goes through this
And people that do more than half of them break up because of it and lose a good friend because of it because of what they were thinking the anger that they get when they see them happy together because you do not put yourself in that same position for some reason you don't think you're worthy of it or something I don't know

But if this is what you do and you have to be honest with yourself if this is what you're doing you need to stop you need to communicate with the both of them about it or you need to get some professional help because you're going to talk yourself into misery and heartache if you don't

Remember this you can't make anybody love you and why would you even try you want them to love you because of who you are the person you are on the inside if they go out and do something you can't control that you can't stop it you're going to do it but they will find out you will find out and then that's when you walk away

But don't jump to conclusions and don't start making up things in your head for things that haven't even happened yet you're going to destroy yourself first and that's sad you don't want to do that you don't need to do that for no reason at all something that hasn't happened except for friendship but if you can't deal with it you can just say goodbye to both of them because you're going to end up doing that anyway and it's just going to be worse do not cause drama with yourself do not cause judgment with yourself and stay away from jealousy do not create that in your head cuz that's where it is if they're just friends and laughing and having fun together yourself sabotaging yourself and your boyfriend and your girlfriend you're going to destroy it all
