Who should approach who in dating in this day n age?

It’s been long time tradition guys approach. Women give chances if the guy isn’t greatest looking etc. but I’m starting to see that guys are hesitant to approach cause of horrible reactions, being called creep, gross etc.

Often women wonder complain of not getting asked out. Should approaching asking out be the woman’s job? I feel it should be, I used to get asked out. But not anymore. Haven’t dated cause of that.

It sure as shit would make our lives a lot easier as men. I gave up trying to date because I've been rejected in a nasty and hurtful way so many times, I've reached the point now I think if I get rejected one more time even politely, I'll burst into tears on the spot. You aren't getting dates because you aren't acting like a man. Women don't want a man who shrings back in fear of the world. Be assertive and take responsibility for your life, or suffer the consequences.

Just don't be a creep. Don't act creepy. Be respectful. Don't pitch a fit if you're rejected. Accept it and then walk away.

That goes for men and women both.

The last woman I dated approached me and asked me out. 28 years later we're still married. Sometimes I wonder what would've happened had she not asked me. Because it never occurred to me to ask her. And she never gave me any indication she wanted to go out with me until she asked me.

I guess all I'm suggesting is had she not asked me none of this may have ever happened.
