Would you date someone who has self harm scars on their arms?

It's not that I have problem with any kind of scars. Some people had accidents and ended up having big scars. I still find them beautiful but the only reason why I wouldn't date someone with self harm scars, it's because I'd constantly feel worried and dread the day that person feels unhappy and choose to self harm again. My heart isn't strong enough to handle the thought of someone I care about harming themselves.

Yea if I knew he was better and if he relapse while we're dating, I wouldn't break up with him.
I didn't cut myself but I scratched myself till I bled. It's been years now and most of dotted scars are gone. Now and then tho if I look closely, I can still see a few.

Scars like that no... I would if they new they were wrong. And they use the right type of material lotions or whatever to make them go away.

But if I was a girl and that guy wanted to date even because he wants it to be seen.

Absolutely not. That is a mentally unstable person and I'm not willing to carry their excessive baggage or deal with the chance of them one day actually succeeding.

Prob not unless she is really special just the fact iam going through separation with someone who has childhood issues that have been unresolved i dont think i would go for the damaged women

Yes, scars don’t make someone unlovable. I’d care about their healing and whether they’re getting help, and be ready to support them without trying to fix them. What matters most is kindness, honesty, and healthy boundaries.
