What do you think it means? She's bored or just not interested. What the heck did you do that got her so fed up that she ACTUALLY went to talk to another guy?

The exceptions are (1) if she didn't know you considered it a date and she thought you two were just hanging out... (2) if she HAPPENED to see someone she knew (male or female) and was just saying a quick hello before coming back (just as a basic courtesy so she didn't feel she was being rude and ignoring them).
