If a woman you've texted and talked to on the phone hasn't responded, how long should you wait before contacting her again?

Well, today, I gave her about 10:00 the first time. About 20:00 the 2nd time and about an hour the 3rrd time. Now, I'm giving her nearly a full day the 4th time. In a way, it's like being stood-up for a LONG-AWAITED date you both planned.
She SPECIFICALLY asked me to call her at 8:00 p. m. today, so I did!! Got no response from any of my calls!! And this is after we haven't been able to talk verbally for just over 4 months!!
I FINALLY figured out a way to get a new SIM card for my phone on my own and, here it is, going on 3 days after I got it and I STILL can't talk to her!! She was the FIRST person I called seconds after setting up the new card and I'm still waiting to talk to her.
I'm NOT mad at her!! MAYBE she's got a good reason, I have no idea. I'm not jumping to conclusions. I just thought it'd FINALLY be REALLY NICE for us to get to talk to each other again because I love her so much!! Especially since that first call was technically still Christmas day, for me. (I took another 36-=hour day so, Christmas lasted extra long, for me.)

The ball is in her court so wait for her to respond or call you back & if she doesn’t respond there is probably a good reason for it. In the meantime don’t blow her phone up unless you want to get blocked if she hasn’t blocked you already.

If you've made attempts to get in touch with you, and it's been more than two days since she's returned your call, or replied to your text message, then I would not reach out to her again. She should be the one who should make the next move.
It only takes a minute to shoot off a reply to your text, and it's the right thing to do as well. Phone games are really getting old!

Oh. So, one way to look at it is she will likely be doing something for her birthday. The other thing is I would not mind one bit if someone I was talking to texted me happy birthday. That’s me tho.

I was thinking of maybe late in the day tomorrow texting her happy birthday, so that a decent amount of hours have passed since I contacted her, like after I'm done with work tomorrow.
