Nothing can. There is nothing like love at first sight. That is a only a movie concept and it only happens in fairytales and movies.

In real life, love can never happen at the first sight. Yes, attraction can be instantenous and can happen in the first sight but attraction is just a very small part of love but not love itself. Love by itself is a big thing and it takes time to develop.

Plus for me love is not something that just happens. For me love is a choice as I have standards both in terms of physical looks and personality and I give importance to both.

In Kindergarten, I fell in love with the pastor's daughter because she was VERY pretty and has gorgeous blonde hair!!
I also fell in love with my teacher, Mrs. Baumgarten, because she was also very pretty with slightly darker blonde hair and has a very soft, sweet voice. Her hubby was the principal and reminded me A LOT of Vaughn Meader, who had a MASSIVELY HUGE hit album out that year!!
I also had a crush on Rikki Wertz, who had her own kids t. v. show here. 25 years later, her niece, a friend of mine, became a member of Rusted Root.
In Jr. High school, I met a new girl, Emily Swank and she was just gorgeous and cute, had a great personality and very long hair she wore in braids that made her look like an Indian princess!
In college, I met a girl that could be Debby Harry's twin sister!! Gorgeous, great smile and personality, very sweet and friendly and I even asked to marry me, once!!

I don't fall in love with someone at first sight usually. It's usually over time and them being into a lot of the same things I am into or says something that catches my attention and makes me go this person is stimulating my mind. That's how a crush develops for me. It's mental not lustful.

I haven't even fallen for someone at first sight, but I have fallen from mostly sight. The first thing you notice about someone is just their physical appearance. My deepest crush was because I thought she was physically attractive and kept seeing her (mostly unintentionally). As I saw her, she became more attractive for a variety of reasons.

A, no! A crush is a feeling usually among kids, not "developed' and not sexual. B, Kids do feel crush at "first sight " but adults at first sight is just lust but not love.
