If you are entrusting that company for your email, then you realize that there is no confidentiality whatsoever as this company is known to spy on your activities, be it through the web browser and/or email.
I am not using this company but a reliable one that is located in a neutral country and that does not spy on your activity or sells your data to third parties.
I am also not aware if anything has changed in the past few years as I have never used this company.
The only recommendation I can do is for you to change immediately and switch to a more secure one.
They are not very different. I have had a Gmail account since 2006. It hasn't changed that much.
They are google email accounts. How is this even a question? Smh
Probably just another spam account, getting a lot lately... So happy the annoying captcha I have to confirm every 10 minutes is working well 🤦♀️
