Do you mean you’re temporarily ill like you have a cold, or do you mean you’re sick so you permanently or longterm can’t work?

Because she has no idea what’s wrong with you. All she knows is you’re seriously ill, to the point where you can’t work. Is it cancer? Will you die? Will you become more and more disabled? Would she need to care for you? Will you never be able to work again? Can he travel? Can he go out and have fun? Why won’t he tell me? Those are the kinds of questions she probably has. If she’s trying to find someone to seriously date, then you doesn’t seem like the type of person to take a chance on. She doesn’t know if the two of you could have a normal future together. She doesn’t know if you’ll recover or not. She doesn’t know if she would have to be the breadwinner, while you’re ill at home. You won’t tell her either. Most people wouldn’t continue contact with you. This is not a situation where you’re married and suddenly get ill, this is a situation where you’re trying to meet someone new. Why would she get herself into such a mess that your illness could potentially bring especially considering you’re basically a stranger and there’s no feelings involved or time invested yet, so rejecting and moving on is very easy.
