Girls, Should I be embarrassed about this?

I don't know if I posted this question correctly earlier but a female friend of mine along with a couple other of her friends also girls all of whom I consider very attractive walked in on me changing out of my work clothes but only saw me without a shirt on. They told me not to be embarrassed or shy because they say it’s normal for a guy to take his shirt off even around girls. I’m still thinking about it almost an hour later. Should I be embarrassed?

Lol 😂 why wouldn’t it be normal? I do know guys who are subconscious about being shirtless so I guess I can see why you’re worried. Trust me it means nothing to us seeing you without your shirt, we won’t put much thought into seeing a guy shirtless. Unless he’s a guy I have a crush on then I’d be thinking about him, regardless of his build. He can have nice pecs and be ripped or average build or skinny I don’t care

Yeah most guys I know really enjoy being shirtless around girls. They either are proud or confident with their body. You have no idea how many of my female friends get their guy friends to take their shirt off. They like showing off their chests.

Yeah, me personally (29F). I see boys with no shirts around us girls all the time. You’re a guy dude you have nothing private on your chest so don’t worry if some girls seen you with no shirt.
