I really really like this girl I work with. Help anyone?

Okay so this girl I work with is really really sweet and crazy pretty.. And she's nice, we sometimes make eye contact and smile back and forth but that's it for now..

well on her lunch break she always sits by herself reading her book. I want to go up to her so much and say something but I don't wanna seem like a creep. She's super pretty (not lustfully, just really cute) and I'm kinda plain..

how do I do it?

Be a freakin man, dude. Just walk up to her and say "What are you reading there", she will respond. Then ask her questions about the book like "what is it about, who's the writer blah blah blah" and that's it. Once you start talking to her, topics are gonna come to you naturally and eventually she's gonna start getting comfortable with you and then you can ask her out. I can't understand why some of the guys are so dumb. They just make us guys look like p******.

aww that's sweet :) just go up to where she's sitting, and ask, can I sit here? And eat your lunch quietly. After a while glance over at her book and ask her what it's about. Then see if you can start a conversation based on that. Maybe list some of the books that you like. If it's super awkward to talk, just sit comfortably and eat. Then try again the next day.

Go up ask what she's reading and try to relate to her. Say, "oh, what's that book about?" And seem really intrigued. Start off by just talking to her and smiling and saying hi and asking how she is so she feels like you care. And after a few times of chatting, ask for her number and go from there!

There's nothing wrong with conversation! So if you approach her in a friendly manner, then you won't come off as a creep. Just start off with "Hi, how are you?" And go on from there :)
But she sounds like a nice girl, so what's the worst that can happen?

Ask her something about her book :) Or bring up something about work. Something common that she has something to add to the conversation. By using common things like this, you establish a common ground and a bit of a bond. Just take it little by little.

You could ask her about what she's reading.
Then have some backup conversation starter questions so it doesn't just awkwardly die after that.
If there's some appropriate work topic (since you both are there) or in the area or something else entirely. (just throwing ideas out there)

u need to walk up to her & start a conversation & while have that conversation you need to get her number from there you should be in depending on what she say
