It often comes down to being told or, "warned" that you are not a good fit for the company, you do not seem to get along well with others, you keep to yourself a. k. a. withdrawn, things that pertain to how you interact with people as most businesses rely on at least some contact with the general public.
For sure. If you are not ducking anything up necessarily but making life hard for those around you are just don't come off as likeable they want you gone.
They won't fire you unless they have to, but your woworkers make it pretty clear you're persona non grata.
If you can't pick up on signals.
Other times you have to go because the place your recently joined is stuck in this sort of loop. They've all worked together for decades and come up with weird rules of practice that don't apply anywhere else.
You can try to indoctrinate yourself or just move on. Choice A leaves you stuck in a dead end choice b equals the right decision.
Guess it depends how bad they need you.
My last job I was fired once and quit twice and I'm pretty sure I could still go back if I wanted to.
Lolz sounds unhealthy at best. I'd never work somewhere because they need me. I'm not going to leave them in a low spot but I'm finding an exit strategy. I'm no mardere.
The money was great but it was a headache. After the first time a I quit (and before too I guess) I pretty much did whatever the hell I wanted and completely ignored my boss.
I was very good at my job, I just had no use for my boss. I wanted to quit and screw them over, but the money was just too good.
