How to Grind Homework and study?

Whenever I try to study and grind homework I can't bring myself to do it, I just don't have enough motivation to. And whenever I do push myself I can only stay concentrated for short amounts of time. So what I end up doing is just staying up duper late and then giving up, then finishing what i can in the morning. I don't have any adhd or something like that, I just can't find the motivation to grind anything, I would just rather edit or do other things. Help!

I have the same issue, try setting a strict system of work and reward, do like 30 minutes of studying then 30 minutes of editing or other variations, it's a struggle I know 😫
