If a guy on a dating site (bumble profile) lists job as “medicine at healthcare” what would you assume their job is not asking any other questions?

I wouldn’t assume anything, there are a shit load of different jobs in the medical field. Could be anything from a first responder to a neurologist. Assumptions don’t lead anywhere useful.

I had to check out my own profile to see if it was the same. I know one of the dating sites/apps are this general. I would guess that he works at a pharmacy or for a pharmaceutical company.

Only talk to him due to that. Or for his professional reputation (small city )

OLD. I know ghosting is a part of it. But it’s never been quite like this that’s why I’m bummed. Usually you can tell you're going to get ghosted or vice versa with dead end convo, short responses etc. That was not the case he stopped mid convo

Well it’s a write off sadly. It’s been a few weeks now. After he didn’t respond to my last message several days later I jsur said hey if you want to continue chatting here’s my number. But at that point it was too late he already ghosted me
