It isn't illegal in most places, but it is ill-advised. Sooner or later, these individuals will be faced with a situation that requires them to actually be educated and they won't be because you did their work for them. Would you want to be operated on by a surgeon who never learned basic biology? Have your taxes done by someone who never learned math? It isn't illegal to do, but that's not to say there aren't serious consequences that could end up hurting someone.
