How long has it been since you stepped foot inside of a library?

Not really the type who cares to go to one, Which may come across ironic since I love to write and read. But I always find a book in someway so I've never gone "Oh no I am out of something to read better go to the library." and it's not like I couldn't easily go there is one right near me. Just never need to, so never have.
And with all the books I have right now? I for sure won't be going anytime soon.
Last time as probably a school library back in 2016 if that counts. And that's only cause we had lessons in there.
Sometime within the last 5 years.
I love libraries but have not visited one since around 2018 or 2015 because I was busy with school, than work, than not allowed to leave the house because of lock downs and now with digital books, I might never visit again.
I'm actually in a library now. 😜
nice. you studying something?
so why you in there?

Less than four weeks ago. I go regularly to a library because I prefer reading books over watching TV or movies. The reason I feel like movies in the evening is keeping my brain more active which keeps me from falling asleep.
So I read so much that I would call it a hobby.
When I was younger I used to go to the library all the time when I was in school. This continued right up to my 30's. I've moved to a smaller town I haven't really visited the Library in the last couple years and It's somewhat in an out of the way location. I have a big collection of audio books that I've purchased through Audible, a fair amount of books and a bunch of ebooks too.
I've stepped into the school library if that counts. But an actual public library I can't remember. Either way I never went to the library for the books haha there was always a cute guy that would get me to go
Sadly it was 2 years ago when I was a volunteer in college. I miss that place so much!!! 😔😔
There's another library close to where I live but it's been more than 2 years since the last time I went there.
i've been there like a week ago, but that was because the school was doing a mandatory eyesight and hearing test, so it wasn't by choice. i don't remember how long it's been since i went to a library to get a physical book.
Oh gosh, YEARS unfortunately. Not by choice, just lack of time to go there like I used to when I was younger. I still love reading, and do when I have the time to. But most of the books I get I purchase rather than borrow.
I visit it frequently since I study arts and in my degree we mostly work with additional materials 90% of the time so this is a good way for me to stay connected to the library.
It's very good for focusing.
The only library I ever went is school library and it has been 2 years I went school. Really missing those Guide Blyton story books from library. It was my favorite place in school after piano room.
ITS BEEN TWO YEARS. TWO FRICKIN YEARS. this is why I'm depressed deep down. (jk)
but. i have read books online on my laptop instead tho, but i prefer books inrl so i dont get distracted
Hard copies ate always better right

A lot of our vaccine centres were setup in Libraries in the UK so I went to the public library for that. We also have a library at work and I have one at home.
Thank goodness I’m not the only one with my own. lol
Just this afternoon - took some of the kids from work for a walk, read a book at the library (I borrowed a couple or 6) 😂😅
This month. Absolutely love libraries! Always have a look at them while travelling, quite interesting finds.
Did it to print an resume for a job. Job already had my resume so...(: what a waste of time.
Didn't get the job tho.
The last time I was in a library was back in December 2019(that was my senior and graduating semester at university) so almost 3 years
I haven't been for close to a year. Our local library was taken over by a feminazi who turned it into her political headquarters.
I gave then a stack of books I didn’t like and would have only read the one time… 😁
Only because I needed to make room for new ones. It still hurt.

I went about five years ago to open my email account on their computer.
well, I'm a tutor... so I have to do this at least once a month, lol
😬😬 I haven’t been allowed inside ours since my freshman year of high school lmfao
I wonder why 🤔
@Tstrbrainer I wasn’t a very good teenager that’s why😂
😂😂😂
I generally avoid libraries because I am very sensitive to dust. Reading a library book will set me to sneezing - which then makes the book even grosser.
Back in January of 2022, had to get some printouts of bills, it was rough but got it done
After Covid happened, I stopped going and some of them were closed for a while
I like to read books at home but libraries are a good place as well.

I’m still gathering arms to repel the homeless invaders who have claimed that land as their own. This is a defensive crusade!

I had to not that long ago to help someone learn about something
Been in one last week. My dad really needed a shit.
At Oxford university, I was on a tour whilst visiting the city so walked round one of the libraries.
Before the pandemic. Now I use my library app.

Before corona for sure
More than 5 years, I'd say.
A couple of hours! Yay I win 🥇
Sadly, it's been several months.
I almost exclusively read ebooks though. I use my library's Overdrive and Hoopla service.
Some time in the last ten years.
