Have you ever made an uncomfortable change in your life that started out rocky but it needed to be done in order to grow?

I left a client case I had worked for years on and off. I was comfortable there and the work was easy. But I came to the realization that the patient had reached their peak and there was no potential for growth which would hinder my growth.

So I left the case into the unknown. Not knowing what type of patients I'll get, their environment, how critical they would be.. I did experience some rocky areas which made me question my decision. But I gained more experience and knowledge through my transition. Recieved more critical clients, opened multiple cases, patient teaching, knowledge of various medications/diseases/ medical procedures and so on..

No I've always stayed where I was comfortable

Yes, I've made many moves that has challenged yet made me successful

I'm too scared to take a leap

I had to make changes with working with medications and not let the doctor prescribe them and never take them so now I take my medications as prescribed and it makes me more better about myself and since I've been on new psyche drugs my maturity level as also grown.

Thats what im saying, i dont care about anything else. I dont live to work. I work to get those two things and thats it. I feel we were placed on earth to live, love, laugh, learn and reproduce. So i just want to build my house, be a mom and I’m set. I’d be happier than ever. Anything outside of that is not a goal. Its a bonus that is unnecessary but i’d be grateful for it

Lmao what part was southern 😂 And i only like traveling if its for theme parks, casinos or shopping. Im not the type to want to go stare at a canyon. In terms of traveling outside the country, I want to go to Australia, Canada and maybe Bahamas but thats it. I dont feel comfortable leaving the USA (and thats even before the pandemic hit)

Everything, my grandma and her side of the family are southern. They are content with the status quo. They don't want anything big they just want to get married and have kids. Thats like their goal in life. That's how my grandma is she just enjoyed being a housewife, shopping, cooking, going to church, working as a maid 2 hrs a day then going home to watch her courtroom drama. Family time is Everything to her. She only flies out for family reunions and that's it.

I mean im not materialistic but i am a tad bit high maintenance depending on what it is. Like my house sounds simple but the actual interior design is extravagant. So i do want big things but in a simple way. I feel people who love to travel are the curious types. Im not in search of anything so im content where i am. I like stickint to what i know lol... part of why i stuck with that sorry Business major and why it was hard to leave the job i grew accustomed to. But i refuse to settle when it comes to kids and a house. It has to be the house i always wanted to build and i have to have kid at an age im comfortable having them (part of why im not tryna birth any 32+)

Plus a lot of southerners dont know how to leave the south. I prefer to stay in a southern state and the most north i’d go is NC whichbis still technically the south. Like i find nothing appealing about living on the West Coast or in the upmost north

I loved the west coast 😍 it's more so for people our age. The south is much more harder to find a relationship because most people there are married already with children. they start young. i just wouldn't recommend the south for a person who's single and looking

And the closest I’ve bee to West Coast in Las Vegas. Sure the men are hot and attractive but what a lot have going for them is just not something i want in a man. So i’ll stick to what i prefer
