Many people think that they get so many life lessons in business life? Do you agree with them? Or do you have any examples from your own history?
I don’t believe it’s that way anymore, generally. Outside of apprenticeship, if you haven’t learned life’s lessons by the time you get a job, you’ll be far less useful than those who learned those lessons in a more timely fashion. You’ll be replaced by those people before you have time to protest. You’ll probably sue because you think you were owed a job you didn’t deserve to begin with. If you win, the company will go out of business, costing dozens or possibly hundreds of people their jobs. Or maybe the company will win and pass the cost of your frivolous lawsuit on to their customers. Then you’ll inevitably end up on a march, protesting the costs of something YOU helped increase the costs of with your lawsuit all while calling yourself a “Social Justice Warrior”. Ell oh ell!
Kids these days…. i swear.
