Wouldn't they know by now?

I passed my state exam in 2017 for my CNA, and im worried I have an intellectual disability. Wouldn't they know by now if I had it? My therapist said by the way I communicate and how I passed my CNA. I seem to have average to above average IQ. I did a few mensa and got 88-102 and then did one a quora member suggested and got 120. I retook it and did a lot of wrong answers and got 65. So am I okay?

I missed a lot of school and was placed in special education for a few subjects I fell behind in at school. I missed so much, the teachers didn't notice anything. I do have ADD and my mom says she would've noticed it.
Wouldn't they know by now?
