If I had an intellectual disability, borderline or mild wouldn't they have found it before I turned 25?
My therapist says this is anxiety. Would she be lying?

To your first question: Depends. Who is "they"? How much of that time was spent looking? How much of that time were you cooperative? Is it possible that this is a recent development?
No, it's highly unlikely that they would be lying. They have literally no reason to. There is nothing to gain. However, it is possible that they are mistaken. While therapists are educated and trained to diagnose mental disorders, they are still human and sometimes make mistakes. With the addition of new information, it is possible that they may re-evaluate their diagnosis at a later time.
Here's the thing. I'm a CNA and I passed boards in high school. My therapist said in order for me to pass the test, it was taken in a college setting. It's most common sense but I passed. My therapist said in order to pass I'd have to have average intelligence to pass. I work in the hospital setting now, and I don't know. Am I just underestimating myself?
Possibly. If you passed, then you at the very least meet the requirements they expect of you. So it's not like you aren't qualified to be there. So maybe you are letting anxiety affect your confidence.
