Wouldn’t I have heard it by now?

Been at my job for a year now, and I’m worried my coworkers think I’m “slow” even they said I’m the best tech on nights, I’m easy going. I’m a CNA in the hospital. I’m quiet and stay to myself most days, now I’m coming out of my shell. I’m sarcastic and try to make work the best of it. I work with amazing set of nurses but I notice they gossip. They all hang out outside of work.

I’m worried they might gossip about me being slow, I haven’t heard anything else. My boss even said the nurses said I was a great worker. But I’ve been slacking recently been dealing with mental health issues. I do call off a lot, but I’m trying to fix it.

I don’t care what else they say, I just don’t want them thinking I’m slow or intellectually disabled. Am I overthinking this?
