Why are so many people against abolishing government schools, in place of private schools?

Parents would receive a school voucher for each of their kids. They could spend that voucher at a school of their choice. You could still have government schools for those who like government education. As a parent, you could interview various schools, and see which school is best for you and your children. If you want your children to learn math, science, reading, writing and chemistry, then pick a school that focuses on that.

If you want a school that teaches CRT, transgender studies, toxic masculinity, then opt for the government schools. But why isn't there a choice?

2# low quality teachers not to mention bias teachers pushing their own personal agenda and grooming your kids.

Because most parents are perfectly fine letting their kids go to a governmental schools where they are being deliberately dumbed down, so government can keep control of their slave population. Because the teachers union would go out of business by the end of the week as the mass exodus from government failure holes left them less able to justify (or fund) their positions. Why would you need a school voucher if you abolish government schools? Technically you would just cut property taxes in half being that is where that funding originally comes from. Why would you put that money into a corrupt bureaucracy in the first place to be stolen. No, just remove the property. If you are still having trouble comprehending it, think of it this way. The average American lives 79.1 years. They reach adulthood at 18 which generates (79.1-18)*1200 = $73,320 on average per household over an adult life. Kids are only in the school system for 13 years. Not everyone has kids, but everyone is taxed for life regardless if they use the service or not. In wealthier communities the millage rate is higher as are the property values, thus why they have better schools and. In poor communities the property taxes are lower, thus why they have lower performing schools with funding issues. Why not just make parents take responsibility for their own children rather than spreading the burden across the entire population. You take a school loan and pay it off like a mortgage if you have kids, or you take the time to tech them yourselves. People who don't have kids shouldn't be paying taxes their entire life for a service they don't use.
