So it seems my karma is good for another job. What should I tell the other?

Cargo job I just got has told me and others that we are replaceable. And opened my eyes to why i don't really feel appreciated. When you attend training classes with others, then you are the noobs that will probably take the old dog's place. And if you don't like it, that's cool. Because there's another class right behind you that will take your place. And now comes a new job more to my liking, and if they hire me, they most likely will adhere to my schedule.

So imagine my spot, I have new job but a new interview to what I enjoy to do because it's easy and can pay well. Probably the same as my new job. So in this case, if new job takes you in, would you be willing to drop new job that has just picked you up but only because you were a name they just picked?

yeah unfortunately most jobs treat you like you're easily replaced wherever you go. unless you get a medical license or a degree in engineering you're gonna run into that a lot lol.

I drive for ubereats and grubhub and even though im also replaceable there too i do it because at the very least i don't have any direct supervisors to remind me of that all the time lol.
