I have Completed B. E. Electronics from India (a reputed college). When I was studying I had financial difficulties for which I was struggling so I couldn't focus much on studies. (I got barely 7.14 CGPA.) I was always good with logics and reasoning. Due to which in most of major companies I clear all interview rounds except HR (My major cracked Interview was with L&T. I failed HR there too.) Later I got internship with a BPO with 4k as sptipend. I had no choice at that time. worked there 2 months later left for Lancesoft where I worked as IT recruiter (14K). after 3 months my engagement was fixed. My mom got sick. I came home. Left lancesoft. I again searched for job Got job as desktop support for one month (8k) left again. I then started working with Wind turbines maintenance company (8k + Accomodation + Food) worked 6 months. Got kidney stone (24mm) due lack of water (Job was in desert and they could not provide proper water) Left again (broke engagement mainly due to lack of money and doubts about my earning capabilities). Corona came worked in Gas cylinder agency as a porter (2k) in home town. Left again (for better offer of 4k) joined a tractor agency worked as everything they need. (desktop operator to clerk cum sweeper cum oil changer cum receptionist) Left for Surat (We bought home in home town on loan due to no property wiily and needed house for engagement arrangment for everyone. In surat I needed minimum 12K pm for everything (7k loan + 5k for accomdation+ rent ) Searched for job but no avail. Started doing manual labor earning 12k pm. worked 6 months. Owner found I was graduate. Put me on a PC and gave me 14k + overtime without pay. I left after I found a parttimer hiring me for full time for same work for 18k (was doing part time 6 hours for 6k) . Worked 6 months payment issue. (was left ofr 2-3 months pay behind. I was already in debt before graduation. After buying home on loan got more in debt needed timely payment.)

Bhai HRs are the worst 🙂. I've had my fair share of woes. What I don't understand from your question is what do you want now? Suggestions on how to get a stable income? Better job opportunities?
Since you've switched so many jobs and at very low pay, I don't think recruiters will have a positive impression of you. If I were in your position, I'd consider business. Since you are an Electronics Engineer, you can easily start your own repair workshops. That won't require much initial investment. You could also get engaged with computer repair and maintenance or open up your own repairing shop. You could try reselling electronics items, they never go out of demand. And if you get contracts from engineering colleges then you'll get to sell a lot of them - be it breadboards, development boards, Arduino, Raspberry etc. You can try learning tax filing and engage with any CA firms for GST filing. Alternatively you can try opening your own GST filing centre. Similarly, a lot of people pick up those small pesky tasks and turn it into a business - Adhaar update, passport application, scholarship application etc. You can try learning Graphics Designing/Web Development/App Development and start freelancing.
I know it's easier said than done, but you can try. Whatever suits you.
Goodluck mate 😊
I have started developing a website for a person I know for free currently I lack the equipment though but I manage somehow by little by little. (From my mobile and using pc cafes. ) But I don't know how to make this my living. Since I am new to this and with a lot of debt. I am still working two jobs I wanted to update question with more details but I could not.
It sounds like you have been through a lot of challenges in your life so far, including financial difficulties and health issues. It's understandable that you might feel uncertain about what to do next. Here are a few suggestions that might help you move forward:
1. Consider your strengths and interests: Reflect on your skills and passions to identify what kind of work you might enjoy and excel at. Perhaps you could take an online career assessment or seek the guidance of a career counselor to help you explore your options.
2. Explore further education or training: If you feel that your lack of a higher degree or specialized training is holding you back, consider pursuing further education or training. This could include certificate programs, vocational training, or even a master's degree in a field that interests you.
3. Network and seek opportunities: Reach out to friends, family members, or professionals in your field of interest to seek job opportunities or mentorship. Attend career fairs or networking events to meet potential employers or colleagues.
4. Stay motivated and persistent: It's important to stay motivated and persevere in your job search, even when faced with rejection or setbacks. Keep applying for jobs, seeking opportunities to gain experience, and building your skills and knowledge.
Remember that it's never too late to make changes in your life and pursue your goals. With hard work and perseverance, you can find a fulfilling career path that aligns with your strengths and interests.
