I've had that happen before; it usually indicates that the coworker is jealous of you for some reason. That's why they feel uncomfortable when you're interacting with your boss, and they feel compelled to try to disrupt the interaction in some way.
It may be helpful to have a conversation with your supervisor Faith about the issue. You can express how you feel when you are talking to Faith and the other female coworker interrupts. You can ask Faith if there is a better time for you to speak with her or if she can speak with the coworker after your conversation. It's important to approach the situation respectfully and with an open mind to find a solution that works for everyone.
