It would have to be the CEO, just because I can't begin to imagine the competing interests of everyone else's interests (shareholders, board, employees, stocks, middle managers, competition, competitors, etc, the media, etc).
I know people who are neither intelligent nor very beautiful, nor popular that became very rich when their families were not supporting them. They worked very hard and life repaid them. I also know extremely intelligent people who are poor. Nothing is too hard or too strong for God to fix.
Both make money stealing from, and exploiting others.
The CEO, though, will be more open about it.

I had a cousin who was a diplomat. He was a Harvard grad and a very impressive guy. A hedge fund CEO is just a crook with a license.
