Have a dilemma need help. I want to switch jobs yet hesitant because my current is steady income but the family is non compliant?

It sounds like your heart is telling you to switch to the new job because it allows you to pursue your education and make room in your life for things that you are passionate about. While consistent income can be reassuring, it's important to remember that your personal and professional growth is also valuable. If you are feeling drained and unhappy at your current job, it may be a good idea to take the chance to explore something new. It's important to trust your instincts and to focus on the things that will make you happier and more fulfilled in the long run.
Thanks, this is exactly how I'm feeling. The client can be easy but there are so many hurdles due to the mom and I'm not crazy about the company either. I am actively looking and the 7-3pm mon-fri is nice but I really prefer to have 3-4 days off. That's what's holding me back too. With longer shifts I'm able to have more off days.
Honestly, do what’s best for you. Only you know your situation and how you feel. Weigh your options and go from there. I wish you the best. 😊
Thank you. Yeah, I'm definitely actively looking for something else. ill probably gradually chip away at my hours while I'm searching
I would actively look for another job but stay where you are until you have a new job lined up ready to start.
Thanks , why did you feel this why?
Yeah that's how I feel I don't want to jump ship without finding something that's good for me
Do whatever you want. There is plenty of demand for your services.

Thanks for your response. What in the post made you come to the conclusion? I do plan to chip away at days while actively searching for other places to work
Yeah you're right
