Working in Germany/US/Netherlands/Denmark with an ex-felony?

It is a long story but let me tell you. 1.5 years ago, I was accused of something that I have written on Twitter about the rival sports team. I had to pay a fine and I had to visit the police station on certain days and hours. I paid the fine but did not visit the police station. Because of that, I was charged of noncompliance with the procedural rules. I had to pay a punitive fine, I paid it, so I was not jailed. I was managed to make the record sealed about half a year ago but there is still 4.5 years to get it expunged. I am a 28 year old male from Turkiye and I look for jobs in Germany, US, Netherlands and Denmark but I wonder what will be the effect of a sealed misdemeanour when migrating, getting a work visa, residence permit and etc?

Yes, it will definitely impact your application because most countries outside the EU will ask whether you have a criminal record. If you fail to tell or if you lie about your criminal record, you may be deported with a permanent ban to re-enter the country or you may be fined for giving the wrong information.

As for the EU, I presume that the conditions are similar since Turkey is not member of the EU and that you, as a Turkish citizens, does not have the same privileges as EU citizens to travel among EU/Schengen states as those citizens of the EU countries have.

Furthermore, a number of employers, mainly those with sensitive access or material will definitely want a copy of your criminal record.

For example, you will not be able to work at an airport without security clearance based on the criminal record.
