There is the possibility they will ask me to travel to headquarters.
I don't want to be embarrassed. So do I preempt matters and say I have no interest in traveling so as to avoid being told by US immigration I can't travel?
Come through the southern border. Nobody is checking anything. You could be a convicted murderer and still get in. You will get a generous welfare package too. Ask your company if they could pay you under the table.
Haha
Best I've heard all day 🙂🙂🙂
I live in the UK, to my knowledge anything more than a parking fine will get you rejectedre-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
I don't think it's that bad
Traveling to the USA with a prior conviction can be complex. The U. S. immigration authorities may view a conviction for assault as a potential issue when assessing visa eligibility. It's often best to be upfront with your employer about your circumstances. Consulting with an immigration attorney or legal expert can provide specific advice tailored to your situation and help you understand your eligibility based on U. S. immigration law. They can also provide guidance on the best approach to take when discussing this with your employer.

You need to ask a lawyer, not us. Was it a misdemeanor or a felony?
We don't have that terminology
Can't help you then, because those things matter
In UK they are not classified in that way
I don't disagree "things matter" .
But felony, misdemeanor are American terms
