Is this a really good news or am I overthinking?

So I just graduated college literally less than a week ago and I applied to jobs a few weeks to a month back. One job I applied to that I was really into, I saw on my LinkedIn that two people within the company on two different occasions viewed my profile. This has excited me and I’m being optimistic but I haven’t heard anything yet. I applied maybe three weeks ago and after they viewed my profile the second time, I reached out on LinkedIn expressing my interest and asking if they need anything from me. I haven’t a gotten response and it’s the following day now, but the company director/ CEO viewed my LinkedIn profile today so I’m hoping that’s a good sign lol. Is it? If so, why aren’t they reaching out?

That's actually kinda sick they're checking out your LinkedIn like that! A couple views is definitely a good sign they're interested.

And the CEO checking it out too? Damn, they must really be considering you if the big boss is looking. That's huge. No way that's just a coincidence.

My guess is they're busy reviewing applications right now. Big companies usually take their time with the hiring process. And the fact you just graduated too, means they probably want someone they can train up their way.

I wouldn't stress about no reply yet - they know you're interested now. Just stay on top of your other applications too in case. But if I were you, I'd be feeling real positive about this one! They're def taking a close look.

Just make sure your LinkedIn profile is polished up nice. And don't be afraid to follow up in a couple weeks if you still don't hear anything, to remind them you're keen. But just sit tight for now - I think you got a good shot at this place! Fingers crossed it works out, keep me posted!
