I don't so consistently when left to my own devices. 😅 I fit the ENFP stereotype:
When I'm entirely left on my own, I have waves of inspiration during which I people would have to tear me away from my work then long periods of procrastination after.
I am very much an extrovert though so when I see my colleagues in person, I get all inspired and motivated to work. They energize me and it also helps me to remember that I'm part of a team and other people are counting on me to do my job. It's a healthy type of pressure for me.
Unfortunately, since the pandemic, I've been working entirely remotely without the frequent overseas business trips where I could meet my colleagues in person. So I've been having to rely on self-discipline to chip away at my work on a daily basis, and I'm very lacking in self-discipline. 😅

My mom is my motivation
I believe God wants us to live purposeful lives and you have to be productive to give your life purpose. Its okay not to work if your retired or sick or disabled or a taking care of kids or cleaning the house all day but if you don' fall into those categories then God wants you to be productive.

The thirst for results and excellence drives me. It has driven me to the point that I am unable to enjoy anything unless I haven't worked hard enough for the day. Once you get used to it, things aren't the same anymore.
Try to have a clear end goal in mind and remind yourself of it whenever you feel stressed.
Also don't be afraid to take breaks and step away from your work for awhile. you gotta give your brain time to refresh itself. results prove this is generally is a positive step towards being productive.
I never did. I am more like @GuyAnswersGirls123 … kinda worked best last minute for many years…. Now I try to work ahead mentally … like I need to get it done by blab blab blab… but my best results are the night before.
I do work smart… so it’s not just about books or my job… but do other fun, exciting things that I’m passionate about… perhaps that’s my motivation… and that have pay off.We all need a little motivation in life & if I put my mind to it & get started I usually finish what I start & if it’s difficult I give it my best & I give it a shot.
I work hard on things I like, so I'm automatically motivated to the point where I need to remind myself to take breaks so I don't overwork myself.
I remember my dreams and this motivates me, I continue to work, I want to build a beautiful future
I usedcto think if I worked hard I would be successful Now I know better.
I'm not the least bit motivated to work hard consistently. I firmly believe in work smarter not harder, and if i'm having to work hard all the time then i need to figure out why that is and fix it.

families...
while I currently don't have my own, the people who work with me have theirs...
that was the biggest motivator during the pandemia... Knowing that I am on my own and if I want something I need to earn it and bust ass to get it. No one is going to help me do it. I have to do it
For me it's not about motivation, it is more about the need to do it or the survival instinct that I have to work to keep surviving.
You do what you have to do. Your word, your work ethic, your reliability, this is what makes you are good worker or business person.
I want to make my personality and performance better overall and also balance out my health as I go by... I truly try to strike a balance
I love what I do and fear being broke
