It’s really up to you. I’ve dated cops. Some women in law enforcement are DEI hires and are terrible. But not all of them. Some are great
I wouldn’t join the police force in America for the foreseeable future.
There are plenty of female officers. I'd rather deal with a female than some egotistical maniac that a lot of these male cops are.
It's a bit silly to have a person that takes 5x the people to do the same job.
What do you mean? You think that you need 5 woman to do the Job if 1 man? 😂
I would say no, but also for men; The job is is just not very pleasant and monetarily rewarding.
Actually you make good money as a police officer in my country and you Can retire early which is the biggest advantage. What job would you choose if you wanted something with some "action"

Well Im 5'11, i have a selfdefense course, lift weights for more than 3 years and have brown belt in jiu jitsu ( black belt soon). I think im already capable of handling almost every guy. Ofcourse there are guys that would kill me with bare hands but they Can do that to male police officers too.

Well a train with man a lot and i dont feel much disadvantage... Biggest difference between males and females IS the size... Guys got natural fighting instinct but you can learn it... I train for a long time i know exactly what to do...
It's not just the size, it can't be taught how a males brain and senses and bone density and muscle work, sorry. Just as women can see more colors, it can't be taught.
Ofcourse you Can master your senses and and prepare your mind for fighting 😂. Muscles aren't that important its about how you use them... And yeah you're right with bone density but again, not that important.
Yes I know a few female police officers and they do a fine job. Do it!

If that's what you really want to do. My father was a cop for 33 years. I don't know why ANYONE would willingly choose that job.
It's a career for everyone girls are allowed and should be allowed to be a police woman
You have a romanticized version of police work. The majority of their job is paperwork.
I don't understand why women would be attracted to that job.

The run isn't that hard, and unless you are out of shape the physical training isn't hard.
Most people struggle with the education part of the academy more than anything else

@Viola_456. Yes. I don't know much about the job in the Czech Republic, but I was an American cop in a shit hole city for six years.
There are no terorists or imigrants but a lot of drunk people... Is that ok environment for a female in your opinion !
@Viola_456. Drunks can be extremely dangerous and unpredictable. The job can go from boring to outright deadly in the blink of an eye.
Yes you're right it Can but generally there are almost no incidents where officers died in the Job in Czechia...
@Viola_456. That's good. I will tell you this. Bei t a cop is being the person people call for EVERYTHING. When people don't know who to call, they call the police.
You will see all the worst of society, such as suicides, drug overdoses, horrible physical/sexual abuse, alcoholism, etc. You will handle horrible traffic accidents with fatalities, and serious injuries. No matter who you are, this does grind on you. Of course, I worked in a big city with a very high crime rate. Had I worked in a pretty suburb I might have stayed a cop.
Yeah its not easy Job you have my respect for handling it in a city like that... But i still think i Can handle it

I did enjoy traffic enforcement, which was centered around arresting drunk drivers. I also did a lot of speed enforcement and motor carrier (trucks) enforcement. I was a born tail light chaser!
Yeah i love cars that May be something for me Also 😅 but people just generally dont trust woman behind the wheel soo i doubt i will ever get to some chase 😂
@Viola_456. Don't kid yourself. If you are a cop you will end up in pursuits, assuming your jurisdiction has a pursuit policy. We chased everything.
